Leading the world of cycling esports with The Coalition.

Back in 2019, Rhys launched the world's first elite eracing team whilst working at Canyon bicycles: Coalition Alpha (then, Canyon ZCC). The launch generated a tonne of media attention and the team went on to become the most successful team ever in the world of virtual cycling. As the sole manager of the team, when Rhys left Canyon it was agreed that he would continue to manage the squad as an independent project. Since then, he has launched the Coalition community and the elite team has gone on to win the inaugural edition of the Zwift Grand Prix in 2023.

Whilst the success with the elite team is unparalleled, it is in the community development where the Coalition truly shines. The community has been built on the platform Discord and truly tests the abilities of the platform. Nonetheless, we have built a place for riders of all abilities from around the globe to connect, chat and ride together. Within the space of a few years, it has gone on to be one of the biggest eracing communities in the world with a reputation for fair and transparent racing.
